From approximately 17:00 until 22:00 customers may have been prompted to resign waivers they had previously signed. This would have impacted customers attempting to book via the customer site and the API. Automatically booking into classes from the waitlist when a spot was reserved was also impacted if the system incorrectly thought the customer needed to sign a waiver, in which case the customer was notified to register for the class manually.
